TFTP/BootP Services is a Windows application included with SPECTRUM Element Manager which offers a convenient and easy way to upgrade the firmware on Cabletron devices. This utility is also available free of charge to customers that do not have SPECTRUM and can be downloaded from:

Once you have downloaded the file, unzip it, and run the setup utility to install it.
